Nifty 50 – Bank Nifty Trading Strategy – 5th March – 8th March 2019

In this Nifty chart & Bank Nifty chart Option chain analysis video I have discussed about price action of Nifty 50 and Bank Nifty along with importance of using Volume Analysis In Trading.

I have begun this video on Nifty 50 and Bank Nifty by explaining the importance of Price & Volume Analysis. This time, instead of Volume Profile, I have taken simple volume on Nifty chart and Bank Nifty chart to illustrate how Price and volume needs to be combined together.

Once I have finished the basics of volume and price analysis, I have taken up Nifty 50 and Bank Nifty and have applied the concepts of volume to show how both remain in range and there are no strong participants present in the market. Concepts about volume and price can be used for any Nifty strategy or Bank Nifty strategy.

Positive sign in market would come about when Nifty and Bank Nifty would breakout along with volume expansion. I have precisely shown what to look for in both Nifty and Bank Nifty. I have then briefly summarized Option chain analysis for this week where support for Nifty and Bank Nifty is both visible in terms of Open Interest build up.

I have then moved to the section of Global charts wherein I have shown how Nifty is under performing emerging market basket. I have explained why this current bout of under performance could be temporary and heading forward, Nifty might catch up with Emerging markets. I have also highlighted how Emerging market ETF’s are attracting more money and this would in turn be beneficial for Nifty and Bank Nifty. Towards the end, I have discussed NSE Nifty 50 and Bank Nifty key levels for next week.
