Bank Nifty Option Trading Strategy – Bull Call Spread Option Strategy

Bull Call Spread is a type of Vertical Spread Option Strategy. Option trading for beginners remains my focus and this entire how to trade options video series is structured around the same. I have covered very basics of Bull Call Spread and explained the entire concept with help of an example.

In this particular part, I have taken Bull Call Spread Option as a strategy and have shown how to apply the same on Bank Nifty. I have explained the conditions under which a trader should be thinking of executing this strategy. I have also introduced a momentum component which determines when a trader should continue with Bull Call Spread Option Strategy and when he should convert his positions to Long Call Option Strategy.

While doing the same, I have shown some price structure patterns on banknifty and have shown how to identify momentum and how to plan and execute this strategy better. Banknifty options come in Monthly and weekly expiry and I have outlined why a trader must prefer Monthly expiry options only. I have used Bank Nifty chart for pattern explanation and have outlined how trading options is a long term game and one has to spend time and effort to master the art of various Options strategies.
